A 30x40cm picture frame is a medium-sized frame and is a great way to display your prints or other pictures. It is large enough to be combined with other 30x40 frames if you want a few frames in a row as a gallery wall, but also fits very well into many more advanced gallery walls with frames in several different sizes. When you want to make a more simple gallery wall with a few frames in a row, you generally want larger frames than for example 21x30 or 13x18 frames, because several smaller frames in a row can look very small from a distance. The 30x40 frame, on the other hand, is large enough to hang in a pattern with other frames of the same size if you want to display them in a row. Feel free to match prints between the frames so you can get relatively simple but pretty gallery walls. The 30x40 frame is also a very good feature in slightly more advanced gallery walls with many different sizes of frames, as it is relatively small compared to 40x50 and 50x70.
